Players found and lead a non-profit organization through recruitment, fundraising and organized pressure campaigns. As the player's organization succeeds in making progress for the community the powers-that-be and their reactionary allies seek to resist and curtail the progress hard fought for. As the organization recruits new human resources their options for taking action expands.
